As the Edmonton Oilers look to win their first playoff game in over a decade, fans in the city are definitely getting behind the team.
Reny Mckale has taken his appreciation to another level by decorating his truck and house in appreciation of his favourite team.
Mckale told Global News everyone should be cheering on the copper and blue.
“The Oilers mean everything to this city, absolutely everything and everybody should be proud of them.”
He’s even decorated his truck and house for the occasion.
“The outside of the house when the Oiler games come on I have it set up on the computer so it flashes orange and blue about 15 minutes before the game starts and it runs right to the end. I tried to get it to flash faster for when they get a goal but it didn’t work.”
Mckale has been an Oilers season ticket holder for the last 28 years and said he’s gotten a lot of positive feedback from his decked out truck and house.
