There hasn’t been much talk in the last few weeks about the Progressive Conservatives and Wildrose Party joining forces but a unity discussion group says five meetings have already happened.
A joint statement from the group, which is working for the two parties, said members have agreed to Tanis Fiss to function as independent chair.
Fiss has worked in corporate communications for 15 years.
The group goes on to suggest progress has been made but there is more to discuss.
They close the statement by stating the group will report back to members of both parties in the weeks to come.
