11/10/2009
Alberta's energy minister says he is not surprised the new leader of Alberta's Wildrose Alliance is targeting the energy industry.
Mel Knight says it is only natural that Danielle Smith is turning to the oilpatch for support. He says he's made similar sold-out speeches dozens of times over the last eight years he's been elected.
Smith is promising that her party will make changes to the province's royalty framework.
