Edmonton's hat is officially in the ring for Expo 2017, but now the city is wondering what kind of provincial money it can count on.
Premier Ed Stelmach says it will take some thought.
"That will be going before Treasury Board soon," says Stelmach. "And again, it's preparation for submitting a bid. And then once the bid is submitted and if we're successful, we're looking at that part of the plan as to what infrastructure will be built."
Stelmach says the proposal "has tremendous merit", but the province just has some more questions for the city.
