UPDATE: Gearheads and tire-kickers are still talking about what they saw on the weekend at the Edmonton Motor Show.
One of the most popular sections was what Bob Villa with the Edmonton Motor Dealer Association calls "truck heaven".
"Whatever you think you can do to a truck, go beyond that. It was jammed," says Villa, chuckling. "This is northern Alberta. We dirty our trucks, we use them, we work with them. It's not Ontario, where we think they should look pretty in the driveway."
Villa says the new "after market" section was also a big draw. This is the first year the show was in the expanded Edmonton Expo Centre. (bd, ccg)

The Edmonton Expo Centre has come alive with the sound of revving engine, to kick off the 2010 Edmonton Motor Show!
There are more than 500 vehicles featured at this year's event, which runs until Sunday, including this $300,000 Ferrari...

As well as this $300,000 Spyker from Belgium....
